FCI Africa Director speaks at the Global Food Security Symposium on FCI's experience in retaining youth in profitability enterprises through Commercial Villages Model across Africa. On average, FCI's Commercial Village Farmers comprise of 20% youth e.g a Commercial Village with 500 Smallholder Farmers has 100 youth farmers.
